I'm Local, Can I PICK-UP my order in Sacramento?

Yes, If you are local please consider ditching the shipping costs and choose our FREE LOCAL PICK-UP option on our website at checkout. 
You will be sent an email and text message with pick-up address and instructions once your order is filled. Our Local Pick-Up is safe, clean, and contactless. 

How do you ship your packages?

Salt & Shea is currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100.00 or more. Shipping is calculated by weight and all packages are shipped First Class or Priority Mail via USPS. All orders include tracking information provided to you via email. Our Small Buesiness Works really hard to ship all packages within 1-3 days. If our shipping timeline is longer than 4 days we will contact you via email and text. 

What is your Return Policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Exchanges will be granted on unopened, and unused items within 7 days of purchase. If there is a particular concern about a product you ordered, or if a product was damaged in shipping, please contact our owner at Jaymer@saltandshea.com and she will be happy to address any issues or concerns you may have. 

Can I purchase a gift card to your store?

Yes! Our gift cards are available for purchase on our website 
and download directly after purchase. You will be sent an email with your gift card number and QR CODE for easy redemption. Our Gift Cards are available in many amounts and DO NOT EXPIRE. 


I am worried about harsh chemicals and toxic ingredients, whats in your products? 

We hear your concern and believe in simple, natural, and effective beauty solutions. All Apothecary Products are Handmade in our Sacramento Studio in small batches without the use of Toxic Chemicals such as Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates, SLS, Petroleum, Gluten, and other harsh skin irritants. 
Salt & Shea is proud to be Palm Oil Free, Cruelty and Animal Testing Free. 

 

How long do your soaps last? Do they lather?

All of our soaps are best used within one year of purchase and are best stored in a dry space with some air flow. Our tried and true cold process soap recipe has been carefully formulated and cured to produce a long-lasting hard bar of soap with lots of lather and bubbles!
